Q: What is Merino Wool?
A: Merino Wool comes from Merino sheep. Our wool is 100% Australian Merino sheep roving wool. It is 21-23 microns and is 2.5-3 inches thick.
Q: Can I Use Merino Wool For Daily Use?
A: Roving Merino Wool is very delicate. We recommend you use our Merino Wool blankets and throws for light use/decoration purposes.
Q: How Do I Care For Merino Wool?
A: Daily use of your merino wool blanket will cause natural shedding and pilling. Shedding and pilling can be remedied by carefully trimming it away with scissors. Please do not pull at the yarn on your blanket. Merino wool blankets are dry clean only.
Q: What is Vegan Wool?
A: Vegan wool looks and feels like Merino Wool. It is 100% acrylic yarn.
Q: What is the difference between Bulky Chenille, Chunky Chenille and Jumbo Chenille?
A: All chenille yarn is 100% polyester. Bulky Chenille yarn is about ½ inch thick. Chunky Chenille yarn is about ¾ inch thick. Jumbo Chenille yarn is over 1 inch thick.

A: Yes! We do offer custom orders. Please email us at [email protected] about your inquiry so we can get it started for you.
Q: What is Your Expected Processing Time?
A: Once you receive a confirmation email of your purchase, we will start processing your order and making your blanket(s). Because each blanket is custom made and we are only a 2 person operation, please allow 7-10 days before your order ships. Don't worry, we'll be sure to keep you in the loop with updates about your Comfy Sorts purchase.
Q: When Will I Receive My Order?
A: Your order should be delivered within 5-10 business days from the time it leaves our door (It depends on your location.) Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number. We do apologize in advance that we are unable to control any delay caused by the carrier (USPS).
Q: What is your Shipping Policy?
A: Currently we only ship in the U.S. We exclusively use USPS. All orders are shipped Priority Mail. All blanket orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 7 - 10 days for your blanket to ship.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Comfy Sorts Blankets are all custom made. We cannot offer refunds for our products. We do however want to make it right! Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns about your purchase.
